I switched over to Tylenol yesterday afternoon. Last night I did not take any pain killer before bed. Woke up this morning with cramping pains in my hip and lower back. I'm chalking that up to 3 days of inactivity and sitting on my too-soft couch. Nose is still runny (bleh!). Despite the runny nose I'm going to try a bit of activity today in preparation for returning to work tomorrow. I've already managed a shower and breakfast and have changed the sheets on the bed. This afternoon promises another trip to the drugstore as I'm nearly out of tissues (I don't generally keep tissues around since I use handkerchiefs but the amount of disgusting stuff coming out of my nose the past few days definitely removes any eco-guilt from using disposable tissues!), and maybe a side trip to the post office and the library.
