Skraptacular will have a larger than life presence at the Maker Faire. Our main objective will be to encourage all the attendees at the faire to reduce their waste. We will do this in a fun, creative and interactive way.

WE NEED  Visual artists, and Performing artists to join in the fun.

The performers can make up cheers and songs about the Skraptacular key message Reduce, Reuse RETHINK and Recycle.

The performers will be encouraged to roam the event with Skraptacular messages on signs and sing songs about waste reduction to attract as much attention as possible.

On Saturday Sept. 25th we will have 20 minutes of stage time on the NPR science cabaret stage for our grand finale.

Following that we will end the day with the Skraptacular parade.

On Sunday there will be a parade at 5pm with Bash the Trash

We will have an audience.......17-30,000 people are expected to attend the Maker Faire

All performers will have a free pass into the faire.

   Please let me know if you would like to volunteer by september 17th so I can put you on the guest pass list.
